All the work in the vineyards is done taking into account that the quality of the wine depends strongly on the local conditions, distinguishing a few terroirs within one same denomination of origin, given a particular microclimate (characteristics of the soil, sun light hours, precipitations, wind, altitude, etc.) and the local techniques used for vinification and viticulture. We base our work on de fundamental principles of traditional agriculture. Our concern is centered in obtaining a unique product, apt for commercialization
From the nutritional point of view, it is considered a complete beverage (supplying 85- 90% Kcal/ml). the amount of trace elements, enzymes and vitamin A, B and C it contains, allow an easy and fast digestion and assimilation of nutrients, making it also very effective from the energetic point of view. It is considered a dynamogenic product that nourishes muscle tissue and facilitates its function.
