If you need to cover long distances or your tank has limited capacity, the conic drum is the appropriate type of container for you. We use metallic containers with an upper opening and fit in aseptic bags and double polyliners according to your specifications.

Sensitive products can be stored at -20ºC/-4ºF and are supplied perfectly frozen.

If you need large quantities of a product, you need to cover long distances and you don’t want to waste great amounts of packing material, the Reusable Container is the adequate solution.

Full containers can be racked in order to optimize access to extra available space in the container.

Technical Description:

Wooden boxes are made completely of new wooden plaques. They consist of 6 symmetrical vertical plaques (cuadrangular) on a normal size platform.

The wooden box has no chemical treatment, lacquer, varnish, wax or any other kind of product applied on it. The wooden plaques are not fixed with nails, glue or any other substances.

The wooden plaques (wooden cube) are standing on a wooden plank, joined and fixed by a metal corner angle or external guide. These metallic supports work at the same time, as they are held together by tense bands that can be appreciated on the outside of the box.

On the internal sides of the box you will find a lining that covers 100% of the internal surface. This film is a thin layer of polypropylene with “air bubbles” in it. It serves the purpose of protecting the transported products from making contact with the wooden plaques.

Once the frame is built, it is moved to the aseptic chamber (filling room) for its use, where a 300 gallon Scholle bag is fit inside and the aseptic bag spout is connected to the pasteurizer.

When the wooden containers and the aseptic Scholle bag are full, they are sealed airtight following the higher standards for sterilization. When these steps are over, the wooden container is covered and closed with the wooden plaque top, the bands are put into place and then it is coded and stored. The hygienic state of the containers is maintained by covering the wooden box completely with a polypropylene protection like the one you buy at the supermarket to wrap food.

Note: the wood treatment can be verified by a seal applied on the wooden part, and not by a certificate. In the case of containers, the seal goes on the pallets (the only part that requires it because the rest is made of laminated wood).

Flexitank

Flexitank is a flexible bag installed inside a standard 20 ft. container turning it into a container for liquids with a capacity of up to 24000 lts. of product. When you take out the flexitank, the container recovers its use for storing dry products and the flexitank is discarded. It is an ideal way of storing and transporting any type of liquid and non-hazardous chemical products. Flexitank is easy to use and also optimizes storing space as well as container space. It accepts a wide variety of non-hazardous products such as water, wine, juice, oil, additives, and many others. In an economic way, Flexitank virtually eliminates the possibility of contamination and can be easily eliminated without causing environmental problems.

All kinds of nutritional liquids, such as olive oil and concentrated oils for human consumption in general, wine, must, vinager, juice, etc., can be transported.

Wine

Our exclusive Flexitank specially made for wine incorporates an EVOH barrier that reduces filtration of oxigens or other contaminating substances such as naphthaline or TCA significantly, guaranteeing less development of the product during transportation and eliminating undesired odors and flavors.

Chemicals

Flexitank admits the transport of liquids and non-dangerous chemical products in 20ft. dry bulk containers. They are an excellent alternative to tank containers, ISO tanks, IBC’s, drum containers and other types of containers used for transport and storage of chemical products that are not included in the Ordinance of Dangerous Substances.

Tank Truck

This system is ideal to cover distances within Europe. It is a quick and inexpensive means of transport that does not require packing materials. If necessary, it can be loaded aseptically (which is important in the case of juice concentrate).

Aseptic Load

Our clients’ special production lines (that require asepsis) are supplied by aseptically loaded tank trucks.

Octobin

The Octobin Cartocor is an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) to contain and transport liquids and semi-liquids destined to internal consumption and exports.

The container, in both its versions of 500 and 1,000 lts., is apt for food products (oil, must, wine, juice concentrate, lecithin, sweeteners, dairy products) and chemical products (surfactants, agrochemicals, adhesives, paint, dyes)

It was designed for the need of a quick assembly of parts, quick filling and discharge. The concept is similar to the bag-in.box.

The different parts of the container are: a carton structure, a three layer lining of polyethylene with filling and discharge spouts, corner angles, the thermally treated wooden pallet and the external protective hood.

The carton corner angles allow the racking of 1,000 lt. bins by threes in the warehouse and by twos for transport. With special corner angles you can rack by fives in the warehouse. We also count on a Tetrabin version for 1,150lts.
